Cranberry Orange Sauce

Ingredients
 

36 oz cranberries -- fresh
12 oz orange juice, from frozen
1 concentrate
12 oz water
1 1/2 cup sugar -- 1 1/4 for a more
1 tart flavor
4 large oranges -- to 6, peel,
1 section,
1 cut into bite size
12 oz walnuts -- coarsely chopped
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water -- to 1/3 c

Preparation
 
Mix cranberries with orange juice, 12 oz water and sugar. Cook mixture
until it boils. Mix cornstarch w/ 1/4 c water; stir into boiling
berry mixture. Reduce heat and cook until the cranberries are as open
as desired (3 min for partially open; 10 minutes for mostly open).
Remove from heat, add oranges and walnuts. Chill and serve.

Cranberry Port Relish
