1 1 1/2 pound loaf 1 1/2 tsp instant coffee crystals 1 cup water 1 egg 1 tbsp applesauce 3 cup bread flour 3 tbsp brown sugar 3/4 tsp salt 1 tsp yeast 1/2 cup currants or dried cherries 1/3 cup toasted chopped almonds or 1 pecans	Advertisements

dissolve coffee in water. add all ingredients to machine. use light
