Creamy Pepper Dip

Ingredients
 

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup hot pepper rings, chopped
1 tbsp liquid from hot pepper rings
2 tbsp fine chopped onions
2 tbsp jelly, apple or orange *
2 tbsp celery, finely chopped
2 tbsp sweet pepper, chopped fine
1/4 cup hot pepper rings (garnish)

Cucumber Yogurt Dip
In a serving bowl, combine the yogurt, sour cream, garlic, cucumbers, mint, cilantro and oil. Cover and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours to allow the flavors to settle. Before serving, garnish with mint leaves and sumakh, if available. Accompany this dip with toasted pita triangles. (Upload by user)

Cucumber Dill Dip No1
