Super Easy Low Calorie Salad Dressing

Ingredients
 

1/2 cup v-8 juice
1 package equal sweetener
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp or more lemon juice
1 spices to taste: garlic
1 powder, basil, parsley, salt

Mix all in a cruet, and chill for at least 1 hour. You may not like
the amounts used, just change them to match your taste buds!
