Healthy Vegan Soup

Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 block tofu (silken-firm)
  • handful of steamed kale
  • 1/2 a red pepper
  • 1/2 a yellow pepper
  • 1/2 large white onion
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth
  • 1 sliced carrot
  • any other veggies if prefered

Preparation
 


I like to saute my tofu in some olive oil and soy sauce
before adding to soup, but spice your tofu however you wish.
This recipe is open to interpretation! :)


Heat veggie broth.


Shop veggies, add to broth.


Add steamed kale (high in calcium).


Keep on low heat until simmers.


**I like to put some alphabet letter macaroni in my soup
accationally for fun.

Bean Soup
Cook the onion, garlic, and spices in the oil in a large saucepan. Add the tomatoes and the bouillion cube. Cut the carrot, pepper, and potato into 1/2" pieces. Italian Fresh Garden Pea Soup
Bring beans to a boil in 3 1/2 cups water and boil gently for 1 minute. Cover pan and let stand 2 hours. Resume recipe: Add 8 1/4 cups more water. Add peas and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 1 hour or until peas and beans are tender. Ad (Upload by user)

Potato Corn Chowder
