Mandy Spicy Chickpeas

Mandy Spicy Chickpeas

Ingredients
 

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 bunch green onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • cumin, chili flakes, to taste
  • oil
  • 1-19 oz can chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup salsa (hot!)

Preparation
 


Finely chop garlic, cilantro, tomato &
peppers.
Saute in oil, season with spices.
Add one can chickpeas and mix.
Add salsa, mix & serve.


Optional: garnish with avocado slices.

Yummy Lentil and Tomato Soup
