Taco Seasoning Mix
| Ingredients | |||
| 2 | teaspoons | chili powder | |
| 1 | red pepper flakes | ||
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | paprika | |
| 1 | teaspoon | onion, powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 3/4 | teaspoon | garlic, salt | |
Directions: | |||
| Mix above spices together and keep in a zip lock bag. This recipe makes an equivalent of one envelope of purchased taco seasoning mix. Brown your pound of ground beef, or turkey, drain fat, add 3/4 cup water and mix, and simmer until the desired consistency is achieved for taco filling, or use in another Mexican recipe. | |||
