Meatloaf- Vicki
2 lb Ground beef 1/2 c Onion -- chopped 1/2 c Italian bread crumbs 2 Eggs -- beaten 1/4 c Ketchup 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce 1 tb Parsley flakes Salt and black pepper -- to ta 1 Lipton onion soup mix -- unpre Recipe by: Vicki Schlining -- Ellicott City, Maryland onion, bread crumbs, beaten eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soup mix and seasonings. Press mixture into a 9x5" lo pan or 9" pie plate. Cover tightly with tin foil and bake at 350 F for abo an hour, uncovering during the last 20 minutes of baking time. Let meat loa stand for 10 minutes before serving. |
