Mexican Pita Pockets
1/2 lb Lean ground beef 1/2 c Chopped onion 16 oz Van Camp`s Pork and Beans -- undrained 2 c Shredded lettuce 1 c Chopped tomato 4 oz Shredded cheddar cheese Plain yogurt Brown ground beef with onion; drain. Add beans and salsa, heat through. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into each pita pocket half. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, yogurt and additional salsa, if desired.
