Basic Honey Jelly

1 c Honey

1/4 c Water

1/8 c Liquid fruit pectin

Heat honey and water to boiling, stirring constantly. Add liquid fruit pectin and bring back to boil. Allow to cool in jelly jars. Origin: Homemaking Booklet, Mormon Church, 1978. Shared by: Sharon Stevens
