Corn Meal Muffins Selby

Ingredients
 

3/4 cup corn meal
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp lard

Preparation
 
Sift dry ingredients together in bowl, add milk and melted lard and
beat well. Bake 20 minutes in hot oven.

Note: Hot oven is 400 - 450 F.
