Bran Bread Abm

Ingredients
 

1 1/8 cup water
2 2/3 cup bread flour
3/8 cup wheat bran
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp butter, unsalted
1 1/2 tbsp dry milk
1 tsp active dry yeast

Preparation
 
Put the ingredients in the bread pan in the order suggested by the
manufacturer and process on the basic bread cycle. 1-1/2 lb. loaf.

Deb s notes: Excellent! Light, fluffy. OK to substitute oat bran for
wheat bran.

Bran Molasses Sunflower Bread

Brazil Nut Bread Pudding
