Chicken Liver Bacon Roll Ups

Ingredients
 

1 lb livers, chicken
3 tbsp mustard, dijon
12 slice bacon, cut in half
1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Dip chicken livers lightly in mustard. Wrap a half slice of bacon
around each, and secure with a toothpick; coat livers with crumbs.
Place in a 8" square baking dish; bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
