Eastern Star Chili Minnesota

Ingredients
 

1 2/3 lb coarse ground chuck
1 1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp pepper
4 cup chopped celery, precooked a
22 oz tomatoes, chopped
22 oz kidney beans
8 oz tomato soup
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp chili powder

Preparation
 
Brown ground chuck and onions in a large pot. Add all other
ingredients. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour.
Makes 1 gallon.

Note: I suggest you cut down on the sugar and celery.
