Celery Seed Slaw

8 cups shredded green cabbage
2 carrots, about 4 ounces, peeled and shredded
2/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 (6 ounce) green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
2 tablespoons malt or cider vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon spoonable sugar substitute or to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
Freshly ground pepperCombine the cabbage, onion and bell pepper in a large bowl.In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar, celery seeds and sugar substitute. Spoon over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt if using and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.Serves 12.0 WW points per servingPer serving: 31 calories (6% calories from fat), 1 g protein, trace total fat (0 saturated fat), 7 g carbohydrate, 2 g dietary fiber, 0 cholesterol, 52 mg sodiumDiabetic exchanges: 1 vegetable
