1 2 haas avocados -- coarsely

1 2 tomatoes,seeded -- coarsel

6 oz Blue cheese, good quality
6 oz Cayenne Buttermilk Dressing
: Romaine lettuce -- Chopped

Toss romaine lettuce in CayenneButtermilk dressing, season with salt
and freshly ground pepper. Top with chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and
blue cheese.
