Basic Breakfast Bread Mix

Ingredients
 

6 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup instant nonfat dry milk
1/4 cup baking powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup shortening

Preparation
 
Combine first 5 ingredients. Cut in the shortening until thoroughly
mixed. Place in an airtight container, and store in a cool, dry
place; it will keep for 6 to 8 weeks. Yield: 8 1/2 cups
